I get a professionally printed booklet and printers, said I need to convert InDesign pages to PDF on a page. Can anyone explain how to do it really simple?

You mean separation 'spreads' on page 2-3 as a side by side on separate pages for the pdf file? If so, on the second screen, click on the General tab and look for the pages, uncheck the option spread.
