MSNBC: From Hardball Straight to Conviction

by Arno on April 15, 2008

Am I the only one who finds it rather add that you watch Chris Matthews on his show Hardball, and without a commercial interruption (!!!!) they go straight into their next show “Conviction“. This show is 100% dedicated to filming in prisons or state penitentiaries. Seeing that everything in this society seems to be turned into reality show it’s no surprise that prison inmates have become the subject for a TV show. It’s more the contrast of how MSNBC transitions from political discussions into a close up view of murderers, rapists, drug dealers and other outcasts of society that really makes me wonder.

Obviously they don’t have any solid programming for the rest of the night so they bring in this garbage - I’m still reading the credits for hardball and it says “Viewer discretion is advised” and I’m fearing that Chris Matthews is going to do something drastic - instead I find myself a California Prison. Interesting way of preparing me for the night.
