Lieberman - The Epitomy Of A Weasel

by Arno on February 7, 2008

This one’s for you Joe. I’m watching the news here at 6:34 AM at work and there he is again - standing behind McCain. It reminds me of what a scum bag that guy really is. I mean not much different than many other politicians whose only purpose in life seems to be to get ahead in life. We come across these type of people in every part of our life. Whether it’s your supervisor at work where you can’t figure out how he got the job (no I’m not talking about my supervisor - I actually think he’s very well qualified to do his job).

I’ve held many jobs in my life and I’ve definitely always come across someone like that, where I wondered “How DID you get this job?” - easy answer really: Ass Kissing, Saying what people want to hear but you don’t stand for, etc.

Joe Lieberman is one of those political figures that in my eyes forgot what his job is. It seems to be very much about him and not his mandate. When he lost the race for his office - he became an independent. He used to be a Democrat but now he’s going with who ever can give him a position somewhere - like McCain. Lieberman has been a staunch supporter of the war, echoing the White House rethoric. I wish someone called him out as to what he really is: a slimy weasel. I wish Joe did something for this country, and not just for himself. There he stands behind John McCain at a press conference hoping for some much needed fame. Shame on Lieberman and everything he stands for. Too bad blog bombing doesn’t work anymore (or does it?) - I’d like to do what other search engine marketers have done with George Bush - which was to make him synonymous with “miserable failure” when type in as a search term in Google.
