Santa Cruz vs. Pismo vs. Monterey, which beech is more quiet?

This weekend my family and I are planning a small two day trip to a beech, we aren't planning on spending more than 100 bucks in all and are going as more of a relaxing trip. We have three young kids and our goal is for the kids to see the ocean and play in the sand. We are hoping to find a beech that is relatively quiet. Out of the three I listed (reasonable drives from where I live) which would you recommend?

I live it Monterey. Monterey is good but not quiet. My favorite beach in that area is a couple miles north on 1. Go to google maps and search Marina State beach. There should be two results - the best one is next to Marina Del Mar high school. You have to climb up a trail to get to the beach, and it's out of the way so it's by far the quietest. Santa Cruz is definitely not quiet. And Pismo probably won't be.

edit: Marina is ALWAYS foggy in July. So take that into account.
Also, the article I referenced says something about a nude beach, but it's bull. It's not listed as a nude beach, no signs saying it's a nude beach, and I've never seen any 'naturists' there.
