Are You Thinking Of Starting An Online Business?

A while ago I was thinking about starting up my own business.

Business ventures seem to run in my family as both my sister and brother own a company, and in all honesty I do sometimes feel like the odd one out.

I wanted a business that I could run myself and preferably I could run from home.  I had a few thoughts about what I could do, but my favourite idea was getting a website built where I could sell filled children’s party bags.

Even though my kids are all grown up, I can still remember the nightmare it was trying to organise their party bags.  It would seem that children nowadays are so fussy about what they want in a party bag. In my day a piece of cake and a few pens and paper was ample, but things have moved on and children unfortunately expect a great deal more in their party bags.

I started researching suppliers and was lucky to find a local wholesaler. I placed a small initial order and put together a few different party bags, aimed at children aged between 3 and 8 years old.  Then I was thinking that the party isn’t just about party bags, but I could get a website built that covered the whole party event.  I could sell balloons, cakes, accessories, even games for the children to play.

Now it just so happens that my brother’s business is web design and they specialise in search engine optimisation, so that saved me a whole heap of problems searching around for a reliable company to start me on my way to my first million.

My sister owns a shop, so as well as selling everything online, I also had the potential to sell from her shop.

Gradually everything was coming together and my future was looking really exciting. However, as with everything in life, money was the key element and to get the business up and running would have set me back at least 15K.  As I hadn’t worked for a couple of years finding this sort of money was going to be quite a task.

Then out of the blue my brother’s company offered me a job, which was very welcome. With me now in full time employment, my plan for a website is still simmering in the background, and I am sure that within the next couple of years I will be able to get it back on track, but for now I am happy being at work and enjoying the extra freedom that money brings.

Questions about Brothers Business

would i need a resume to apply at Express if i don't have any past experience or previous employment?

I am 18 and i have no past employment the only experience i have is being Office Assistant at school and working the plant sale at my schools agriculture fundraiser and managing the cash register at my brothers business ( i didn't get paid though i just did it to help him out). I also don't have many achievements all of my achievements are based on soccer like getting the spot of captain and getting all league 1st team.

Do i still need to make a resume to be a store associate at Express? even if the resume is going to be kind of empty?
Or can i do a cover letter stating my Pros?

No you don't need a resume to work at a store, you just fill out an application there. However, it would be good to start a resume now, even if it's short. While you still remember exact dates.

Weeres Steve and Rebecca (Becky) Donszelmann - scam - made a big difference in my business - Part II

Part II

I woke up the next morning and was pushed on the challenges of my business. One of my employees had not shown up for work and had an equipment failure as well. Before I knew that this meal has almost disappeared and I had the opportunity hand't to eat, let alone make a phone call to Steve and Becky Rebecca Weeres Donszelmann on this proposal for a new business.

I walked outside my place of business and walked a few blocks to clear my mind. I hid in my coffee I ordered my usual favorite - the daily soup and sandwich Special cream and ice tea (the kind that is not naturally sweet things). I found a table in the corner and started calm during lunch rush hour was over and people were running back to carry the rest of their working days. I am grateful to have waited a little longer to take my lunch today.

While eating my meal I sat down and looked across the street. There was a park of grass there and let my thoughts wander to the proposal he had received from Steve and Becky Rebecca Weeres Donszelmann yesterday. Perhaps they spoke was not so crazy. I mean, after all, other companies had done in the past. Even now he could see the McDonalds had gone to here. They had done - successful business and not systematized duplicable (Now I know that the reality is that Ray Kroc McDonald's franchises using the business model of McDonald brothers). Anyway, the point is that I I could see he had done in other companies and made me realize that the idea was so crazy to think you could do in mine. I do not know if I wanted to many companies, but if I could get out of where I was and continued to make my money, well, I totally could live with that.

I finished the last bites of my sandwich and took my tray to the counter. It was time to return to the company, and time to call Steve and Becky Rebecca Weeres Donszelmann to organize another meeting. I needed more.
