If you have ever seen the Eddie Murphy movie “Nortbit”, I am sure you remember Raspusha’s “How you do-in??” That’s all I have to say to Bush after hearing Keith Olbermann open a can of whoop ass on him last night, May 14, 2008. How you do-in Mr. Bush???… How you do-in now!

Let’s give it up for Keith Olberman who is tirelessly pointing out what really should be very obvious - We’re not winning and we’re ruining our Country economically with this war. World War II was over in 6 years and our involvement was even less than that. The invasion of Normandy which can be considered one of the large battles in modern times, was a logistical nightmare and cost thousands upon thousands of soldiers their lives.

As I’ve said before it took me way too long to find Keith Olberman but man he is getting better and better out of my point of view. Nobody on TV only dares to say the things he does and how he manages to sit at a table with Chris Matthews I don’t know.

Of course everyone knows that the real interest the media has in the elections isn’t delivering the information the people need to make an educated decision on the respective candidate, but getting good ratings, selling ad space for more money, etc.

Wonder what republicans say to this. Of course they’re only rebuttle will probably be “oh who cares about Canada”. No wait - the main response would be “9/11 changed everything” - oh boy did it ever. Doesn’t anyone else see anything wrong with the fact that we’re being looked at very similarly as the terrorist countries we claim to want to bring democracy to?

Every time I hear or listen to Chris Matthews I think what a wacked out individual he is. The spitting while he talks, the sexist remarks, he’s almost Fox News worthy. One of the people that I think needs to head over to Fox News immediately is Tucker Carlson from MSNBC. I’ve been liking MSNBC lately mainly due to Keith Olberman’s show which is surprisingly confrontational when it comes to the government. Tucker Carlson however is kind of like Glenn Beck on CNN. The same question comes to mind as with many people in the media landscape as to who’s ass they kissed or who they’re currently kissing up to.

I’m extremely happy that someone at least calls out his bullshit like Rep. Tubbs does in this case. Tucker, Matthews - you both need to move the hell away from MSNBC and get with your type of people over at Fox News where you wouldn’t even stick out - you’d be surrounded by idiots like yourself.

Just for sticking with it he should be elected. What a guy. Senator Dodd did not go on the campaign trail since he had this important battle to fight. He would not let the Administration get away with passing a new FISA law which would grant all the telecommunications companies who were complicit with the government in spying on Americans RETRO-ACTIVE immunity. In case you don’t know the background on this. Several TelCo companies (excluding Quest), when asked gladly handed over millions of telephone records to the government. Now that this has become public lots of people are outraged about it.

On the one hand you have the republicans who keep running the same old bullshit retoric to get people to give up all their civil liberties, which is that the Terrorists are coming! They’re coming!!! and if we don’t tap YOUR phone they’re going to kill your family, or something of that sort. I’m not a fearless person, but I tend to only be afraid of things i can fathom. A gun pointed at my head - clear fear factor, a bear running at me in the wood and I’m unarmed - fear factor - some terrorists in a cave in Afghanistan - um….sorry I’m not worried.
