How to write an image of the company people really want to read brochure

Prepare a brochure picture the company is a true study in futility. Two things are certain of these expensive brochures, glossy:

It is not difficult to understand why. It is in the name. Most prospectuses are too concerned about "image" that is, making the company look good, that communication with readers. So why people read?
The solution is well known: writing from the perspective of the reader. But if anyone can tell, almost no one makes it real. They think they do, but do not. Too often, the reason is the brochure, "This is an interesting and important information, so that people will want likely to read.
